founder and co-owner of the company operates as
Director. 25 years in the Industry, from
Lansdown Tutors UK to Hays & Jarvis London to
top management at Alpha Tours Japan & MB Handling
Amsterdam. Motion Europe followed as a "natural"
process.. the need to operate a pool of client's
programs combined with the necessity to provide

| Silvia Nepi, co-owner
of the company, also operates as Director.
22 years in Travel, from the early Tourism studies
in Genoa, followed by a solid Management history
at Alpha Tours London where she experienced several
years of exposure to both the American and Japanese
markets. In recent times mostly exposed to Academic
and Business travel mainly from the US and Canada.
Fully involved in all aspects, supporting with insight
and knowledge an entusiastic team, to ensure constant
top quality service and outstanding programs. |

| Nicole Grossmann,
shareholder and Director. Achieved
a BA from University of Applied Sciences HS Harz
Germany followed by a Master of Arts in Tourism
from University of Wesminster London. Consequently
engaged in Marketing by the Tourist Board of Dresden,
eventually joined Motion Europe where she developed
and accumulated several years at top Management
positions. She joined directorship in 2010. An exceptionally
bright and talented professional. |

Manager, with a Business & Tourism
Degree from University of Valencia and professional
experience of over 12 years in the Travel Industry.
Her excellent organization skills, customer oriented
approach and eye to detail, combined with a great
personality, all make of Ana an extremely important

| Selina Xuan Liang,
from a "merit" start at Guangdong Vocational
College of Foreign Languages, followed by a BA in
Tourism Management at Thames Valley University and
a consecutive Master degree in Business administration
at University of Wales, with both experience as
Hospitality Stewart, Group Operations at Travco
and a short spell at Sheraton Park Lane, our Chinese
Department Manager, Mandarin and Cantonese
speaking, is fully dedicated and most accommodating,
trying to satisfy our client's needs, the right
frame of mind for our Asian department. |

| Alan Tapparo,
Purchasing Manager, from early
Tourism Studies in Saint Vincent, to a Degree in
Tourism Sciences and a Master Degree in Tourism
Management at IULM University in Milan, Alan was
soon exposed to experiences in large operators,
from Kuoni to Miki/.. . A young professional used
to setting targets for himself that in recent times
has dedicated his focus to our Company's Contract
Development. |

Company Secretary, Japanese department. Some involvement
in accounting and general support to our Japanese
clients. Hiromi is London based and Ted
Inoue, Japan Marketing Manager, supports
us from Japan with a life of experience working
for the strongest players in Europe, is now in charge
of our marketing on location, in earlier years a
solid hotel purchasing manager. |
